#Top Five Directors?
118 messages · Page 1 of 1 (latest)
My holy trinity is David Lynch, Wong Kar Wai, and Satoshi Kon
Scorsese, Spielberg, Joe Johnston, Cameron and Nolan
Sergio Leone, Sidney Lumet and Scorsese are the three directors that always come to mind
This is making me realize how many old white guys are famous directors
I really hope that the Barbie movie is good so Greta Gerwig becomes one of the greats
Gerwig is already one of the best. That's how she landed the gig I think.
It's just I think other minorities don't get the same chance as "old white guys". Securing funds for your movie is hard
Exactly
Damian Chazelle and Greta Gerwig are two great upcoming directors
Andrzej Zulawski, Sion Sono, Quentin Tarantino, Robert Eggers, Terry Gilliam, Sam Raimi
Well thats 6
