so i used suvat to find 96
but i don't understand why isn't 96 the final answer for b?
@ me please
@umbral yacht because you are looking for total time and 96 is just an intermediate value of calculations?
so when i used suvat to find out 96
what did it mean
like
also why does it say 15+9T when the x axis its 15+5T
OOHnvm dont answer this
i see it
look at v, when you divide constant factor it left behind this intermediate number 96 which is basically part literal expression for one side's length, just follow where 480 was split up
[480 = \frac{1}{2}(9T + 15) \times 10]
Canvas123
OOKKOK I see it
10 is height/velocity
thank you
i used this
well, you answering your questions
what
.
they are different right?
no
but t in this one was 96..
SUVAT: s = 1/2(u+v)t
Trapezoid Area: A=1/2(a + b)h
show me equation for "if you double my age and add 5, you get 25"
in this equation is my age 25? is the number 25 "time"?
no
Canvas123
no, but i see what you mean
so should i just not use that equation and stick to using the area one
bc this is lowk confusing me
(top base + bottom base) = 9T + 15
yes yes okay
do you still need help
nop but im doing more of these questions rn
