and you have misineterpreted the bisect condition. Its not bisecting side; its bisecting angles

in AAS, you find side that is NOT between them(can be other 2 sides)
in first, you are not given BD bisects the side AC(AC doesnt even exist)
it bisects angles

its not that one side is equal to another, its much broader than that
its that, lets take an example
you have 2 triangles ABC and DEF
If you say that these are congruent, then that means these 6 things are true:
AB = DE, BC = EF, AC = DF. angle(A) = angle(D), angle(B) = angle(E), angle(C) = angle(F)
