swift dagger
dawn patio
#

like

#

I’m supposed to draw the hisogram

#

but

#

I’m unsure how to

dawn patio
#

look

#

it says “draw the histogram..”

swift dagger
dawn patio
#

yes

dawn patio
#

top right corner

swift dagger
#

it's kind of like a bar chart

dawn patio
#

Wait let me try draw it

#

and

#

if u think it’s right

#

lmk

#

ik how it looks dw

swift dagger
#

ok ok

dawn patio
#

is the x axis the class width

#

y axis is the frequency density

swift dagger
dawn patio
#

and the x axis is class with

#

width

swift dagger
#

yes

dawn patio
#

0.5

#

I’m so confused with the class width

swift dagger
dawn patio
#

It says 0.5

swift dagger
#

for first one

#

the is from 0-1

dawn patio
#

yeah

swift dagger
#

for the second one the bar is from 1 to 1.5

#

and so on

dawn patio
#

oh

#

OHH

#

ty

#

Lemme show u

#

results

#

everything seems right?

#

@swift dagger

#

this is the results

swift dagger
dawn patio
#

tysm

swift dagger
#

nws

dawn patio
#

with one more question

swift dagger
#

sure

dawn patio
#

my freind is asking

swift dagger
dawn patio
#

the class width generally

#

how do u find it

swift dagger
#

class width is the interval of your set

#

so lets say im collecting the height of penguins

dawn patio
#

yep

swift dagger
# dawn patio yep

i might sort the heights into 0.5m=<x<0.6m , 0.6m=<x<0.75m
in gsce you might be asked to find class width given you have the frequency density and frequency but otherwise it's given to you

dawn patio
#

oh

#

OHH

#

so let’s take

#

1.5<d<2.0

#

2.0-1.5

#

divide by 22

swift dagger
#

you already have the class width

#

in this case

dawn patio
#

ik

#

nvm

swift dagger
# dawn patio divide by 22

are you saying, if you wanted to find the class width given only you knew the freq density and frequency
you would do freq/freq density= 22/44 = 0.5
