Can someone explain how I’m supposed to analyze the graphs in context of this chart
(ignore other notes)

when (based on my chart) something is + or - that only is in reference to being in the positive or negative y-plane

or what does it exactly mean

So you have to write it domain first and tell on which parts its + , -
And then write its range

Domain is x of the function
And
Board is y of the function

does “+” mean anything that is positive on the y axis?
