How do the points (5,7) and (-2,7) fit into this? Are you being asked to find if a solution exists with a given input?
I understand that z1, z2, etc. are separate questions, but you still have not explained what you are expected to do, or how the points are involved.

f(x)=ax+b
gdzie a,b - to liczby stałe.
Liczba a - to współczynnik kierunkowy prostej.
Liczba b - to wyraz wolny prostej.
Wzór funkcji liniowej często zapisuje się też tak:

I'm sorry, I'm not understanding what the teacher is asking of you. This is the plot of z1 and z2, and the assumed points are listed and labeled as well.
Without knowing what the question is, we can't have an answer. "Solve it" doesn't tell us anything useful unfortunately.
