I wouldn't say there's a "right" way to learn a subject like calculus - everybody sorta does it differently, whatever suits the individual best pikathink

with that said though, here're some resources that you might find helpful:

  • Stewart's Calculus - very comprehensive, pretty friendly for students, and packed to the brim with loads of good (though sometimes repetitive) exercises for you to try; you can get either a physical or digital copy!

  • Khan Academy's Calculus 1 and Calculus 2 guides - their videos are pretty good at both providing intuition and explaining core ideas of calculus, and their exercises are very useful in helping students practice and build experience

  • Paul's Online Math Notes' Calculus I and Calculus II - every article here is a fantastic read; they provide excellent intuition for key concepts of calculus, give loads and loads of worked examples to help show students how to solve problems, and supply a decent number of problems for the student to try themselves

I do want to remind you of one thing though: mathematics is not a spectator sport - a student cannot hope to understand math by merely reading it, they must get involved in the learning process. this almost always requires practicing a lot, and working through dozens upon dozens of problems is simply the best way to do that! I wish you the best of luck with your calculus journey, and I hope you succeed!MenheraSalute1

im a 12th grader and not that great at math i too would like to relearn pre calc and calc,

How i do it is i use ai to help me i tell chatgpt to apply the theory from a book titled "the first 20 hours" by kaufman to [specific skill] it will breakdown the skill to its tiniest sub divisions, and i practice each of those subdivisions one by one by telling chatgpt to make practice questions which i will tell it to make it harder if it gets a bit easy progressively, after that theres also 3 other usefull steps that is mentioned in the book, really great to learn any skill not to the point of mastery but rather being decent
