You are asking about only question #3 in the first image and question c in the second image, I think.
For #3 the translation transformation is what it seems like, as the simplest transformation. Here it is just moving the 2 end-points of the line a certain of units up or down and left or right, and then of course you would draw a line to connect the two points.
For the second image, problem c, I cannot see what kind of shape or line it wants you to reflect. So, if the question you are asking is about the specific problem and not just how to graph something transformed by a reflection, that may be important.
Question c is asking you to do something that is obvious in a visual way what they want the end result to look like. I assume you would know how to reflect points across a horizontal or vertical line. The trick is reflecting it here requires changing both coordinates of a point not just one as you would in reflecting across a vertical or horizontal line. But first see if you can solve them without any more help.

And how to solve for the arc measures
I would assume minor and major arc here just refer to an angle being acute or obtuse applied to arcs. The measure of the angle EPD appears to be less than 90 degrees and the measure of GPD more than 90 degrees. but im not sure.
Solving for the arc measures that i can do. Im discussing just problems #49–52 right now. Take a look at what information they give you about circle P.
Circle P isnt the issue. It's questions 53-56 in regards to the arc measure.
Okay so in some of these questions it doesn't want angle measure as is referred in the question group instruction there that's slightly confusing I'm sure. 53 is asking for the arc length. This is a simple enough question. If we know that the angle measure for the arc is 210 and the radius is 17yd, how can we use the value that is pi to solve this? Think about what pi representa

pi is the circumference of the circle divided by the diameter. We want the circumference so we can multiply 210 / 360 to the full length of the circle (the circumference) to get the arc length. So idk how to use the formatting bot but
c = 2pi • r
r = 17
I believe that is how you solve this problem
I looked it up after I guessed to see if I was correct and yes that is how you would solve this problem.
