I tried drawing triangle otv and using trig to find the length of tv but I couldn’t find enough lengths to make that work. I also tried using the length of ob to find the diagonal but that didn’t work either. I don’t understand how to use the length of pv in this problem. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Ok then let the center of the small circle be g. Then gpt would be similar to ovt. I still doesn’t see how this would give me enough info to solve for the triangle lengths
Would I find an angle or something?

Is the right way to think about this problem to search for AB/DC which is equal to the diameter of the smaller circle plus the diameter of the bigger circle minus the overlap of the two?

Im thinking there are two similar triangles where I should add the heights of the triangles plus the radiuses of each circle to get the distance AB
