Each letter corresponds with a number

MAYA 2131
YAME 3124
KAMA 6121
SEKA 5461
MESK 2456

SEKA is therefore 5461

Try find the other one (Question 2)

A few tips:

  • look at if there are multiple words/numbers with the same digits in the first and last digit
  • Try to spot patterns such as how i spotted MAYA and KAMA both having 2 A’s, and MAYA became 2131 because the M in KAMA only worked when it was 6121
  • Don’t be afraid of swapping some of the values around until they work, it is not very likely to get the right combination on your first try

ASKI = 1243
ASIK = 1234
KISA = 3421

The value you got for KISA is right, it is 3421, you swapped the values for ASKI and ASIK

ASKI should be 1234
ASIK should be 1243

Nice job
