Is it correct to say that even though all carbons are sp2 there are more carbons towards right so they net movement of electrons will also be towards right and therefore ans is +I

If you mean inductive effect, I'm almost sure it's on the carbon double bond

Styrene is (generally) more inductive on the vinyl group. Think about hyperconjugation of benzene and the difference between electron pull (& hence induction) between C=C and C-C

Generally speaking that C=C carbon in principle should be slightly more δ- than the delocalized electron at the benzene ring
