Calculate m times the definition of the binomial coefficient (p+m) over m
?
by hint i meant a starting point , from where i can start solving it
yes
i have tried applying the identity (which is the same thing that you are saying)
but as upper index(p+m) is also in terms of interative variable(m) , it makes it slightly complicated
ended with a recurrence (substituting m-1 with k which iterates from 0 to q-1 OR basically original question just with q-1 as upper indexing limit)
got a solution
and its absolutely wrong
so i was looking for an alternative
idk how to send u my solution though
my phone cam is shit
and somehow , my dumbass is doing the same unkown mistake and getting the same answer using recurrence
the real answer
