Hello. Teacher included this as an example of jump continuity. He said that jump continuities is when you have a piecewise function. Since he said the thing in the graph is a piecewise function, although it looks like removable discontinuity, it is jump. I’m kinda confused bc if u redefine the point in which there’s a hole, it would be a continuous function and how would you even know if it’s piecewise?
I want someone to clear this up for me just in case I’m missing smth. So piecewise functions can have jump OR removable discont?
