It turned out that Q is given = 6300 but Q obtained = -6.5 * (-969,2) = 6299.8 ≈ 6300. So the left and right sides are equal, then why should the answer be positive and not negatively?

First: What would a negative heat capacity represent?
Second: Why do you write that Q obtained = -6.5 * [Heat capacity], rather than Q obtained = 6.5 * [Heat capacity]?

Yes, but isn't the temperature difference 65 degrees, not 6.5? It's not relevant in this case if you apply it to both sides, but it's not true in general when trying to figure out the energy involved in temperature loss/gain.
The temperature difference is -65 but then -65 is multiplied by a mass of 0.1 and it turns out -6.5. I did not say that -6.5 is the temperature
