Convention wise, quaternions when given an angle go counter clockwise.
In the example, frame B is rotated counter clockwise pi/3 relative to A. This means that to go from A to B, you would have to use pi/3. To go from B to A, you would need -pi/3 using the given formula. I'm just confused and don't understand.
