If you cant understand where to start, try drawing a venn diagram and labelling the number of people who watch all 3 to be x.
Next, say, the number of people who play cricket and football includes those who play all 3. So, to get the value of the part of the venn diagram that represents only cricket and football would just be that value minus x (145 - x)

U(600 - 150 = 450) - A & B - B & C - C & A + 2 A & B & C

U -> {x : x E x watch atleast 1}
A & B -> {x: x E watch A , B }
B & C -> {x: x E watch B , C }
C & A -> {x: x E watch C , A }

blue region is my answer so if i subtract all the intersection from union ill get my answer
but in this way ill end my subtracting red region(A&B&C) 3 times which i had to do only once
so ill have to add that twice ?
