For any integral $\int_{a}^{b} f(x) dx$, we have a lower bound of $(b-a) \cdot \min_{x \in [a,b]} f(x)$

So that's one lower bound you can use if you have the form of the integral
$y=e$ and $y=x^2 e^{x^2}$ meet when $e = x^2 e^{x^2}$...
