i mean the bounds for y is -2 and 2 and the bounds for x is 0 and 2 isnt it
notice that it doesn't give you a lower bound either

no, it tells you to integrate over the whole area. "area" is not a lower bound
i mean i found the area is 3/2 pi
so that's what you use in the "1/area" part, but you still need to integrate over the area.

this is a first year physics course
dxdy just means to integrate over x first, and then integrate over y second, but you can actually do it in either order
is there suppose to be 2 integrals
there could be. That's a style choice
