Looking To Build my General Math Knowledge to improve my SAT score from 920 to 1200

Hi! My name is Jay I'm Looking for those willing to tutor and setup a consistent routine for me in order to improve my general mathmatical knowledge, i was on khan academy and was struggling with basic things such as Solving proportions which is 7th grade math LOL

I'm not too fond of excuses but covid took a giant chunk of my academic career and I'm looking to get back on track academically i score high in other subjects but I've never been a math guru let alone a starter.

I've taken a gap year straight out of highschool [class of 2023] to work and build a more mature mindset in order to reach the next step in life both academically and financially as I've experienced a few entrepreneurial successes since, despite the lack of knowledge.

Im also working very hard to get in a more than fit shape for UCF [University of Central Florida] the air force so this is beneficial overall.

@rain bane if you want consistent dedicated help, then you need to hire an actual tutor. We don't advertise ourselves as tutors here.

The people who offer help here are a lot like cats, showing up and leaving whenever they feel like. We just do it because we like math.

If you need serious consistent help, in my experience, you won't find any specific person here interested in giving all their time to one person.

That's not to say that you cannot get a lot of use out of this server. But you need to own your own learning. Identify where you specifically need help. Work on practice problems and then ask questions here specific things that you are struggling with.

Most people here won't respond to "i need a full time tutor" and trust me you really won't enjoy the ones who do.

You'll have a much better time with "how do i know when a quadratic will have real roots" or "how do i solve this algebra problem with logs of different bases"

So if you want help in this server, start assessing your own skills and come back when you have specific problems you want to improve on
