You are searching for a pattern in y

#

Because x is changing by 1 each time, then we can know that each y value is going to be one step

#

There are models for finding the values of parameters exactly using linear algebra. Are you doing that or is it something simpler?

im running different types of regressions on it, and it doesnt seem like any basic function that an algebra 1 student would know easily.

#

is this a challenge problem?

#

have you guys studied general polymials before?

With a cubic regresion I get r^2 = 0.9994

#

Quartic gives r^2 = 1

yeah ig but the parameters are super crazy

Since its in desmos, this might just be the solution

#

Just go up degrees until r^2=1

lmao true
