Just by guessing, $66 = \sqrt(4) + 4^3 = 2 + 64$

So g'(66) is 4, just utilize the fact that you'd need a small integer, that eliminates a lot of possible answers and doesn't take much from there
It doesn't want you to solve it algebraically
I mean you could, but easiest just to do it this way
