Because i swapped the x+2 to the other side

Where x-2 is log3 to the power of 3

Oh. You wrote $\log_3 3^{x+2}$. It looked more like $\log_3(3x+2)$

You can’t divide both sides by x because one side still has a +2. You need to combine your x terms
