How did they find the quartile

But there’s so many numbers I can’t just visually see where to draw the line

there are 23 numbers in order. you count them

first you cut it in half, which gets you the 59

then you cut each of the halves in half

But if it’s an odd amount how do I cut it in half

Because wouldn’t I get a decimal

And that’s not on the list
