the equation is 2y'-2y=2-10x and i need to find the y=mx+b form. the solution is a=5 and b= 4. could someone please explain

Divide both sides by 2 to get
$y'-y=-5x+1,$
which is a linear ordinary differential equation in Bernoulli form:
$\newline y'+P(x)y=Q(x)$
