#Can someone help me do actual math

if you want to evolve in math alone i suggest you try to discover the world of math. There are many different fields in maths like calculus, linear algebra, probabilities, and many more. On youtube there are many videos. 3Blue1Brown has many series to different topics, blackpenredpen has interesting exercices sometimes, there are also many videos that explain the history of math which can lead to understand better how we "discovered" things in math and this can lead to create logical connection in your understanding of maths. You can also buy a math book with advanced exercises.

no like i want to do math above my level but i dont know where to start from

I have tried calculus and many other things but everytime I do one question, the next question is too hard for me and I am not able to comprehend where I would use differentiation, integration, etc. in physics/chemistry/math in other words, i am not able to comprehend where should i use it in everyday life

A usage that is very common: you can use integration to calculate the position of an object, it's speed only by starting with it's acceleration.

Yes and general precalc stuff
I know basics of trignometry, all the functions and some identities
and i have a grasp on the basic chapter of class 10

and im kinda weak in other binomial theorem and stuff
and sets im noob too
you can use it to do the inverse of what i described. You can also use differentiation to find out what the max or min value is of a function. This can be useful when you are limited in ressources and want to find out what are the most optimal parameters for your application
like can you give an example

Finally I can get a grasp on the basics
sure. let's say you want to have a rectangle with a circumference of 100 with the greatest area possible. Now we want to know the length of the sides of the rectangle. To find out what the max is you can use differentiation. (that's a very simple use case but it's just to give you an example)

You want to find the side lengths that give the greatest area

ok i admit, i took a little help of google at first, but I understood it and now I know why the answer is l = 25 cm and b = 25 cm

so we have rectangle, Perimeter/circumference = 100 cm
let the length and breadth be l and b respectively
so
2(l+b) = 100
l+b = 50
b = 50 - l
A = lb
A = l(50 - l)
A = 50l - l^2
dA/dl = 50 - 2l
we set 50 - 2l = 0 for the critical point
-2l = -50
l = 25
now we have l
l+b = 50
25 + b = 50
b = 25
this tells us that the shape is a square and not a rectangle and all sides are 25 cm in length
