use it to find coordinates of the other point
you already have coordinates of two sides
its easy to find the cords of the third

so I assume the given side is equal to one of the other sides, then find the distance of all sides and use that to get the point?

take AB as base
draw a line perpendicular to AB from point C
to the midpoint of AB
considering CA = CB
now find that point

then you find slope of AB
from that you can get slope of the perpendicular bisector drawn to the midpoint of AB
from there you can get the equation for the line
