@umbral atlas the range of a function is the set of all outputs. So you are given that set domain, {-4,1,3} and, for each function, you want to find that set.

This wording is a bit confusing though.. A more clear way (imo) of describing what you're meant to do is, "Given this set of inputs (the domain), find the image of each element under the given function"

i guess thats not a huge problem. they probably just want you to make a graph where you put a point on the graph for each input and its output
