its mostly true bnecause derivative at t=1 is greater than the average rate of the changfe
but
there could be some cases where its right
and for part iii
i know the limit definition is right but there could be a small problem where it isnt considered true

It is unlikely you will get trick questions on an assignment like this. They are trying to help you learn not trick you
so the average rate of change is calculated by p(1)-p(0)/1-0
and i found that p(1) = 8 and p(0) =4
so the average rate of change is 9-4/1 which = 4
and not 3.2
