there is a cheeky way to do this(this is not the proper proof)

when i saw bo = od, i immediately thought o is circum centre(but this is not necessarily true)

when i saw co = 2oe, i immediately thought o is median(again, not necessarily true)

but if these were true, that would mean the centroid and circumcentre are coinciding

and this is only possible in an equilateral triangle
