If they’re parallel they have the same slope, so it’ll be y=2x+b where b is some constant which represents how the line is essentially a vertical shift. Ask yourself at what height L will go through the y axis. It turns out that height is the b you’re looking for.
so would b=3 cuz you just need to shift to the right 3 times
for the y value
Close, but notice L crosses the y axis below the x axis. It’s shifted down.
