Could you say whether y’, y’’, y’’’ … would change?
,rotate
im not able to figure out how to say if they change. y' would be (-2)y^-3 right so what do i say about it
Well to be honest the dead giveaways are the last two terms. More specifically, their denominators
So do you think it’s True or False?
i did the diff and then replacereplaced y with y^-2 in the given expression and then whatever terms came i trtried to replace y^-2 with y again but i got stuck
was what i did correct?
Ooh I thought it said y - 2
In that case, since the last two terms are squared, the y^-2 and the square cancel and thus those terms remain unchanged
The first term, on the other hand, doesn’t have anything to cancel the ^-2 so it does change since y ≠ y^-2
