The first one should be x/1 and the other one 6/(3x)
For the first one, since x is big, x³-4 is roughly x³ and x²-1 roughly x². So you get x³/x³=x/1
Likewise for the second, x is big so the numerator is roughly 6x² and the denominator 3x³
The idea is that, since you're taking x -> ∞, you can just consider the higher order term (order refers to the power of x)
