I am going to go back to studying tysm man for helping me understand the problem

so step by step :
you check if it's a remarkable value like 4 or 49 or 16 or 9 etc (which is not for 552)
you check if you can find a remarquable value within the square root
like a = b*c and you know the square root of b so you can simplify it

In this case 552 = 4 times 138
so you transform √552 into √4 * √138
You know that square root of 4 is 2 so you can simplify it by √552 = 2√138

after this step you repeat for c to simplify it another time into c = d*e etc etc

in this case you can't simplify √138

so the final result of the simplification is 2√138

it's hard to approximate the value of it but you can use a near remarkable value
