For question 9 of my college algebra homework, I am stuck on what to do next/ if I even started it correctly. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

forgot to say that it's simplifying radicals, not solving.

but youll want them to have a common denominator, that way u can just add the numerators

so like multiply 3 by 25x and 7 by 10x^2

then the those products would be added over the common denominator of 10x^2 * 25x

at that point you can simplify and solve
