No specific nationality is good at maths
But some countries have more rigorous curriculums

India is one of those countries but you also have Morocco for example

That comes from preparing for the JEE, which is really competitive and 16 year olds prepare for it for 1/5 years

Some choose to go beyond that and take JEE Advanced or popular mathematical-research Institutes like ISI and CMI.
