how would i go about starting to solve this, i can get somewhere with the right side, but i'm mainly having trouble with simplifying the left side.

also, why has the left side has been written down as the root of the root instead of the fourth root, does it hold some significance?

instead of writing 7/256x as a denominator just multiply by the reciprocal
