okay so im really bad at maths so i didnt even know what type of thing i would do to begin in order to find out this answer but my question is; if a cylinders circumference is 10.4cm, and it just barely fits into a tube with an external circumference of 11.3cm, then how thick are the walls of this tube?

so 1.655cm and 1.798cm would be the radius externally of both objects i think
