order I think refers to the amount of terms you need to get to the next term
I did some rewatching, and he said "2nd degree," which confuses me because the title says "Second Order Linear Homogeneous Recurrence Relation."
I think degree was just looking at the dominant term which linear
I am a bit dyslexic, but I assume it is second degree because of the an-1 (I forgot what it was called), and from what I know, what they mean by degree is the power, but I am not sure.
