first u make the scale
like 10mph = 1 cm
so if the speed is 190mph then ur lenght of the line would be 19 cm
so make that line w bearing of 120°

then use the parallelogram law
the purple line which i have drawn is the resultant vector
measure the length of the purple line
and using the scale 10 mgh = 1 cm
u can find the speed

So I had used the sin rule to calculate the small angle which I got was 3.76
then i had added 120 to it
