So i believe 1 will not be an inflection point

#

Oh my bad u have given the graph of second derivative

#

Point of inflection will be 1 and 11

#

Both side of 7 has same sign hence that is not a point of inflection

Like if u see logically every point on the straight line has a second derivative of zero

See a straight line is y = mx + c where m and c are constants

So the first derivative = m
And second derivative= 0

#

So in a straight line second derivative is always zero hence inflection point is not defined
