Remember that the cosine is equal to the length of the adjacent side divided by the length of the hypotenuse.
In your case, this means that $\cos\left(\theta\right)=\frac{12}{a}=\frac{13}{5}$

yeah. Do I just use Pythagorean theorem for the other sides?
It's only needed for b. After that, you can take advantage of the fact that the triangles are congruent and take a shortcut.
