to be sure,
$40 was sent by the first guy
= $10 gone from the first guy + $30 to your wallet
= $10 gone from the first guy + $25 to some else's wallet + $15 gone from you - $10 remaining
so $40 = $10 + $30 = $10 + $25 + $15 - $10, where the bolded $s are money no one's getting back

best way I can think of is to consider this in advance raise the price for the first guy, and say $25 is in "shipping and handling" or the similar

or you pay less to the second guy youre sending $25 to

other than that, I dont really have context to come up with some roundabout way to let you profit while minimizing those fees

ok thx i got it figured it out. gas fees are lower than regular coin swap fees so it’ll be less than $10 for sure. i’ll be making profit plus i’ll have $100k coming in after launching my token so it’ll cover the damage but with bigger transactions from my wallet, it’ll charge 5% fees for shipping n handling so i don’t have too worry too much. the bigger swaps will cover the losses and i’ll make revenue. thx
