Just say where you're stuck
Question 1
5y ≥ 2y + 9
Now, subtracting 2y from both sides,
3y ≥ 9
dividing by 3 from both sides,
y ≥ 3
Hence, y must be greater than or equal to 3.
Question 2
2x - 8 < 6x + 3
Subtract 2x from both sides
-8 < 4x + 3
Subtract 3 from both sides
-11 < 4x
Divide by 4 from both sides
-11/4 < x
Hence, x must be greater than -11/4.
you can solve the other questions similarly
feel free to ask if you get stuck anywhere else
