sry i am confused
I use the x-method to factor quadratics
Find two factors that multiply to ac, and add to b
12x² + x - 1 , Put x in evidence
x(12x+1+-1) , Reorganize to "break" 12x²+x-1 in another form, 12 = 4.3, before he have;
(4x-1).(3x+1)
this doesn't matter
There’s a lot of different methods
What I showed you is the best way when a not equal 1
i know the method to multiply a and c and then finding numbers that would equal to add b ? idk if that makes sense
i’m not great at explaining
ok
I go through a Shorts video factorising quadratics where a is not 1 in less than a minute!

i will watch this thank you
x(2x-7+3-x)
What?
Bro; x.(2x -7 +3 -x)
2x² - 7x + 3-x.x
2x² - 7x + 3
This is the factor of the video
Yes yes, I’m a noob. I never knew you could make factoring complicated….
Yeah but…there’s just an easier way….
Not you Umbra, the other guy
mb for the complicated
