#Fractions divided and subtract

First try to get the same denominator for both of the parts i have marked so that you can subtract the fractions
Yes I've done that. It's hard to make a picture with laptop.
Above it's 18 and underneath 35
After that I multiplied 1x3 6x3 for above. Underneath 7x2 and 2x5
Ok now you just need to divide the 2 fractions and to do that
You Will essentially flip the denominator and muliply it with the numerator
Wait
Okay, thanks in advance.
So one example could be this
you flip the denominator
And muliply with the numerator
That always works with fractions
yes
My outcome was 1295/72
And when simplify it wasn't the same as in the answers
the answer book says: 105/8
Wait let me try
Sure, thank u.
This is correct
But
If you muliply the numerator so -27 and 35
It should be 945 not 1295
Also to make this easier you could write -27/18 as -3/2
OH WOW i'm so sorry
Im so stupid I swear
to multiply 27 x 35 I broke it down.
So:
10 = 350
20 = 700
and added 7 = 245. And idk why but added all these. So instead of 27 I did 37
Nah that happens to everyone
I mean Thats a Good method
Yeah wow sorry men. Now it all makes sense. Wow again. Thanks and sorry.
