You can try to look at the values for which sin(x)=cos(x). This will define the bounds of the set you're looking for

If you don't like the unit circle, another method is to graph both sin(x) and cos(x) on the same graph

So if I read it correctly, the question is saying x is an element on the interval [0,2pi]. Graphing cos x and sin x we can see that sin(x) is less than cos(x) at 0,3pi/2,2pi.
