You have it correct so far evalutaing $\lim_{x\to +\infty}\frac{2x-1}{\sqrt{3x+1}+\sqrt{x+2}}$. To finish evaluating this limit, you can try finding a lower bound to your function that also diverges.

Try to factor x out from the numerator and denominator
You basically assume that it's 0 but that cannot be since √x is slower growing than x, hence the numerator is a bigger and faster infinity than the denominator, resulting to infinity
