can you write down the informations please
I'm going to assume this is a right triangle. Since we have the opposite length x, the adjacent length 7, and an angle of 35° we can use the tangent to solve for x. Remember that $\tan{\theta} = \frac{opposite}{adjacent}$. We plug our values into this equation, giving us $\tan{35^\circ }=\frac{x}{7}$. You should be able to solve for x from here.

@drifting tundra does this answer your question? Do you have any other questions?
How are you solving the equation tan(35°) = x/7?
I want you to explain your process, please
@drifting tundra
remember to put your calculator in degrees mode :p
is it a right triangle?
Since you know one side and one angle of the triangle, you'll need to use trig to solve. Do you know how to label the opposite, adjacent, and hypotenuse sides?
Right? I assumed it was, but don't see the 90 degree angle marking anywhere
yeah
it could easily be solved with sohcahtoa if it was
Yeahh. Man I 💖 trig
same
Not sure I'll ever need to use it in everyday life but I really like it
