and they are only aplicale in right angle triangle

and B = theta

side opposite to theta is called perpendicular [P]

and other side is called base[B]

and longest side i.e opposite to 90 s called hypotenuse [H]

so then memorise these formulae

sin θ = P/H

cos θ = B/H

tan θ = P/B = sin θ / cos θ

sec θ = 1/cosθ = H/B

cosec θ = 1/ sinθ = H/P

cot θ = 1/ tanθ = B/P

i would prefer you just memorise sin cos and tan

and other thre as reciprocal of them
