So lets say you gather them all in total (3times 90% + 90% + 100%) before the 5% were missing

Then you gather them again after the 5% missing

How much would be the difference here

When you gather 90% , 10% of them disappear and they reappear again as 100%
Basically you need to gather 2 times 90% and 1 time 100%

I dont't understand your question but if there's something with percentage not adding up, it probably has to do with reclassifing 100% away from 1.3 billion

No this has nothing to do with it

Sorry for bad explanation but let me try to simplify it I hope
Lets say there are 3 piles of sticks in each pile there is 1.3 B
From the first 2 piles you can only get 90% of them
From the last one you can get the full 100%

Where it sums up to 3.640.000.000

Then you have the exact same deal with 5% missing in total
